New Zealand is the ultimate road trip. With so much to see and do, New Zealand had been on my bucket list for ages. We knew we had to make the trip to this adventure playground when we had the rare opportunity to take 4 weeks off work over Christmas. It’s amazing to think that the construction of modern Dubai didn’t even start until 2005. Fast forward and 148 towering skyscrapers reflect the scorching 45c (July, August, September) sun across the desert plains and the glittering blue Persian Gulf sea.
